Official Rules
Free bumper sticker monthly draw
These rules describe the Emergency Trades bumper sticker promotion for Emergency Trades Washington and affiliated state sites. No purchase is necessary to request a sticker, register, or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
2. How to enter (free)
- Optionally request a free bumper sticker at /win/request (US mailing address).
- Affix an official Emergency Trades bumper sticker to a vehicle you own or are authorized to use.
- Register at /win/register by providing: (a) the vehicleβs license plate number (also called a tag in some states), (b) the state that issued the plate, (c) your contact details, and (d) a single photo that clearly shows the Emergency Trades sticker and the license plate in the same image β two separate pictures are not accepted.
Your unique entry identifier is the combination of plate state + plate number (normalized). One active registration per plate.
3. Prize
One (1) prize of two hundred US dollars (USD $200) per monthly draw period. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes. We may require a completed tax form before payment where required by law.
4. Winner selection
For each draw period, one winner is selected at random from all active registered plates using cryptographic random selection among eligible registration IDs. Odds depend on the number of active registrations at draw time.
Winners remain eligible for every subsequent monthly draw unless they request removal or we deactivate an entry for fraud or rules violations.
5. Plate & photo data
License plate data and proof photos are used only to administer this promotion (fraud prevention, winner verification). We do not publish full plate numbers on the public website. See our Privacy Policy for general data practices.
6. Winner notification
We will attempt to contact the winner by email (and phone if provided). If we cannot verify the winner within the time we specify, we may select an alternate at random.
7. Fraud & disqualification
We may refuse or deactivate entries that appear fraudulent, not showing a real sticker on a vehicle, using false plates, or otherwise violating these rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for lost mail, technical failures, or photo upload errors.
9. Sponsor
Operated in connection with Emergency Trades Washington and the Emergency Trades multi-state network. Contact via the site contact form.
10. Changes
We may modify or end the promotion with notice on this page.
