What we share, and why

When you submit a job request, we share the details of that request (your contact info, address/ZIP, and problem description) with the local trade professional(s) we match you with — that sharing is the core service you asked for, not a sale of your data to unrelated third parties. We also use processors (hosting, email/SMS, call handling) to run the site; they only use your information to provide those services to us.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unrelated advertisers for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to submit a request

Contact us through the contact page and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity (matching the phone/email on a job request) before completing certain requests.
